Château Hosanna 2021
Château Hosanna, is a vineyard measuring just 4.5 hectares, located in the heart of the Pomerol plateau. This vineyard is adjacent to some of the most illustrious crus of the appellation: to the north, Chateau Lafleur, to the east, Chateau Pétrus, to the west, Chateau La Fleur-Pétrus, and to the south, Vieux Chateau Certan.
Named Hosanna at the time of its acquisition by Ets. Jean-Pierre Moueix in 1999.
The soil is a mixture of red gravel and clay on iron dross, known for its ability to produce very elegant, complex and powerful wines, revealing remarkable notes of dark chocolate. Very old Cabernet Franc vines, some dating back to 1956, contribute to the unique elegance and complexity of the wine.
A full-bodied and generous wine, combining finesse and balance, with a remarkable silky texture.
