Château Berliquet 2022
This 7.5-hectare estate in Saint-Émilion is ideally located on the Saint-Émilion plateau. Previously, the wines were vinified by Nicolas Thienpont. In July 2017, the estate was acquired by the owners of Chanel and is now under the direction of the Château Canon winemaking team.
The wine's style has thus evolved considerably, with increased complexity and suppleness. The vineyard is planted with Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Berliquet wine reflects this unique atmosphere. It expresses the tension of the limestone and the power of the clay. Château Berliquet reveals its personality, both ethereal, like that of its neighbor Château Canon, and earthy, with its distinctive clayey character.
