Moulin De Duhart 2022

The origin of the name Moulin de Duhart, comes from the ancient presence of a mill on the plateau of Carruades.

Moulin de Duhart, is the second wine of Chateau Duhart-Milon, it is selected from the same vines, generally younger than the average vineyard. Its grape varieties are merlot (87%) and cabernet sauvignon (13%).

Moulin de Duhart is vinified according to the traditional methods of the great Medocs, with de-stemming and crushing of the grapes before fermentation in cement or stainless steel vats.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30°C. It is aged in barrels for a shorter period.
