Château Latour 2012 - 1st Great Cru Class
Château Latour is located in the heart of the Médoc wine region, about 50 km northwest of Bordeaux, where the legend of the Bordeaux vineyard was created. The heart of its terroir, l'Enclos, dominates the Gironde estuary where river and ocean have brought it over the centuries its geological complexity and favour every day the mild climate.
Since 1993 and under the impetus of the Pinault family, owners of the estate, important changes have been made over the years to continue the quest for excellence in the wines produced by Château Latour.
The color is dark, of beautiful intensity. The nose is fruity, fine, ripe and very expressive. The mouth is round, spicy, very aromatic and smooth. The wine evolves on the pleasure and ends on a tasty length with fine grain.
